Upon A Prayer

Description

16.3 Hands Tall
2007 Gelding

We call him Bill, because someone at the farm had just watched the movie Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure when he first came in, and the character just seemed to fit him.  Bill is a bit like a lineman on the high-school football team.  He's a tall, big bodied guy, and known to be a bit of a prankster.  But if the coach gives his quarterback (you, the rider are the quarterback in this story) some good instruction and you two show up to practice most days, Bill is a happy guy.  If you are serious about your riding and you want a horse that is serious about wanting to work, then Bill is your guy.

Bill has 3 lovely gaits, is a forward ride and is sound to jump.  He's highly suited to event. In fact, he has loved his XC school outings.

In the spirit of transparency, Bill was adopted and he came back because he was allowed to become more of a prankster instead of a team player.  But, within a week of being back in our program, he is back to working hard and happy to be working.  He's right back to being good ole' Bill, on the flat and over fences. Moral of the story: Bill needs a job.

Adoption fee will go up as Bill gets back into more consistent work and gets back to jumping all the things.
