Adopting April is the best decision I ever made and now I get to ride the coolest, smartest, sharpest, hardest working horse in the world. I'm grateful every day to have her!

I wasn't really looking for a horse but my husband found Artillery (aka: Gunner) on the Friends of Ferdinand website. So I went and looked at him. Lori Miller rode him for me and then I tried him out. I think it was love at first sight.  I wasn't so sure about an ottb but I can tell you it was the best decision I made.

I adopted Storm Current (now with the barn name of Sammy) in January of 2015. I was very impressed with the entire process at Friends of Ferdinand - from the first call from Lori Miller to the wonderful follow-up from the entire team. It truly is a family.
